Got one for you that's typical of the propaganda used on little kids to get them to discount Genesis in favor of an evolutionist timeframe. It's called Fossils Tell of Long Ago (Let's Read and Find Out Science 2) by Aliki. It has sentences that say things such as, "This happened ninety million years ago. How do we know? We know because the fish turned to stone. The fish became a fossil. A plant or animal that has turned to stone is called a fossil."

Now that's circular thinking for you! Meanwhile, we know that fossils can form quite rapidly ... millions of years are not required.
