Scientists aren't just ignoring the user manual, they're going out of their way to deny everything in it. It would be like trying to go forward in a car by shifting in reverse. Once you go down the path of denying that the Bible is historically accurate and contains real wisdom, God's wisdom, you get lost in the bramble of the fickle machinations of men.

Science has regressed significantly because people who want to deny God will deny facts. That's why we're still supposed to believe that there are "residual" organs instead of finding out the purpose God has for them. And how much stupidity does there have to be before we can admit that the body is designed, and that the universe is ordered and governed by principles such as gravity?

Design and order had to come from somewhere. Obviously the ordered universe is beyond man's power to create, so mankind denies the order of the universe so he can deny God and set himself up in God's place.

P.S. Your mom doesn't come into your room and say, "Wait around for a million years and this chaos will eventually organize itself into an orderly and functional design." She says, "Clean up your room, now!" If even one small room cannot organize itself, how can an entire universe accomplish such a feat?
