I wholeheartily agree with your comments.

The only thing I question is the Statement "Appearance of Age". This is not meant to be a criticism but the statement "Appearance of Age" is pure speculation. I personally do not know of any evidence to support that claim. It's like this nonsense about CO2 causing global warming. You can not extrapolate from the present and make statements about the past (thousands of years) without encountering a large propagation of error. There is no way to know at a high statistical confidence level that what you are saying is true! Logic dictates that everything was created good (or to Elohim perfect) and would not "Appear to be Old".
