It is difficult to find creationists who are not also pro-life. This is because creationists tend to be more aware than most of how God is intimately involved in our world. There are countless examples of how God has taken special care of each of His millions of species of creatures.

For years we have been talking about these wonders on Creation Moments. And as Jesus said, when we see the great care God gives to seemingly unimportant creatures, we should realize how much He cares about each and every one of us.

There are no "extra" people in His world. There are no "unwanted" children, only sinful people who don't want what God is giving them. God makes each and every one of us with purpose in mind, but He never forces us to accept His purpose. Like a loving suitor, He seeks to win us to Himself through the sacrifice of His Son that cleanses us from sin.

While the world looks at statistics, God looks at individuals, lives, abilities, and hopes. We must learn to do so, too. The unborn life, or your life, or my life - they are all of concern to Him. There is no life that is not worth living. But the real meaning of life can only be found in God's Word which tells us about what He has done for each of us through His Son, Jesus Christ.

Put away the bleak wisdom of the world and look to His light in Scripture.
