In Colossians 1:16-20 we are told that the Christ who created all things also upholds all things; that He must be God to save us from our sins; that He had to rise from the dead; that He who is above all angels and devils, must be predominant in all things.

    How About Geology?

Why is it that 95 percent of geology taught today is based on the idea of the earth being millions of years old and that one form of life developed from another? This is not in agreement with Christ’s Holy Bible, nor is it conducive to Christianity. Rather it leads to paganism. The reason is that Christians have restricted the Risen Christ to their church life, believing He had no message for geology or like disciplines. This concept is not in agreement with this Colossians passage which maintains that Christ should be preeminent in all things, including geology. We are using only part of the power of Easter. We should make Christ central in all things, in every phase of our life, also geology.

    A Total Easter

Easter is a shocking event and it should affect our whole being. We have been operating with half a Christ, half a Gospel, half an Easter. On this Easter let us dedicate ourselves to a total Easter and henceforth make Christ’s resurrection central to everything we undertake, also our scientific research.
